Pontefract Collieries Annual General Meeting: Wednesday 16th June 2010, 7:00pm, Beechnut Lane Stadium
Notice is hereby given that the 2010 Annual General Meeting of Pontefract Collieries Football Club will be held at the Beechnut Lane Stadium – home of Pontefract Collieries FC – on Wednesday 16th June 2010. The meeting will commence at 7:00pm.
The agenda shall consider the following:
1. Election of Officers and General Committee Members
2. The Treasurer’s report and adoption of audited accounts
3. Any other business
The meeting is open to all club members over the age of 18.
If any existing club member wishes for any additional agenda item to be included, this must be submitted in writing, with a proposer and seconder, to the secretary, at least five days prior to the meeting. Nominations for office shall be made to the Secretary, with a proposer and seconder, two weeks prior to the AGM. Officers of the club shall be Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and General Committee Members.

Thanks for your enquiry. You can become a member of the club by any of the following means:
(1) Become a player – all players over the age of 18 are full members of the club
(2) Apply for non-playing membership – this can be done by emailing the Secretary (trevor@pontecolls.co.uk) or via the contact form on this website. You will need to give your name, address and contact details. Currently, there is no fee for membership.
