“Best Programme” 2010

Pontefract Collieries FC have been awarded the “Best Programme” award for the First Division of the Northern Counties East League. The award, which was confirmed at the NCEL Annual General Meeting on Saturday 12th June, may have been somewhat overshadowed by England’s opening game of World Cup 2010, but the club are nevertheless delighted!

Club Chairman, Guy Nottingham, said: “We are delighted – if not at all surprised – to have won this award. To be recognised as providing the best programme in our league is terrific, and indicative of our approach of building a club that represents quality at all levels and excellence in all the details. All the credit must go to Eddie Fogden, who takes a real pride in putting together an informative, attractive and entertaining programme for the club.”Eddie Fogden

Well done, Eddie!
