Pontefract Collieries Under 7s team play in the Selby & District Junior Football League.

The team is run with the aims of teaching basic football skills to children, enabling them to work and perform within a successful team. The focus is on ball control, passing and movement, in accordance with the club’s Football Development Plan. The team train weekly, with at least one competitive game or event every week. The coaches aim to keep the football competitive, but enjoyable.
The team train on the Carlton Park School, Pontefract during the winter months, on a Wednesday evening, and at Pontefract Collieries’ Beechnut Lane ground during the dryer months.
Home matches are played at Pontefract Collieries Football Club, Beechnut Lane, WF8 4QE.
